{Shuttled Venue Tour}

Venue Line Up & Itinerary:

9:15 a.m. - Brides and their guests (with tickets and cameras in hand) board the Peter Pan Bus in the lower
                lot of The Log Cabin, 500 Easthampton Rd, Holyoke MA to head to the first venue.

10:00 a.m. - Arrive at Chandler's in South Deerfield for the first tour of the day. You will enjoy the space as it 
                   would be set for an actual reception. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Chat with staff
                   about setting a private appointment, meet a couple of their preferred vendors.

10:45 a.m. - Depart Chandler's, and head to the next stop - The Lit in Amherst.

11:00 a.m. - Arrive at The Lit. They will be setting the space as it would be during an actual reception.
                  Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Chat with staff about setting a private appointment,
                  meet with a couple of their preferred vendors.                        

11:45 a.m. - Depart The Lit and head to The Hotel Northampton.

12:15 p.m. - Arrive at The Hotel Northampton. See their space fully set up in actual
                  actual reception decor. Light snacks and drink will be provided. Chat with staff about setting a
                  private appointment, meet a couple of their preferred vendors.

1:00 p.m. - Depart The Hotel Northampton for The Log Cabin in Holyoke.

1:15 p.m. - Arrive at The Log Cabin. They will be setting their space as it would be for a real reception.
                  Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Chat with staff about
                  setting up a private appointment, meet a couple of their preferred vendors. 

2:00 p.m. - Take a seat and get your wedding questions answered by a panel of local wedding professionals.   
                Get advice, ask questions, and get your wedding swag bag after the question/answer opportunity!

2:45 p.m. - Approximate end time.

The Bride's Bash is a unique western Massachusetts wedding venue tour for Brides to Be! On April 21, 2013, a Peter Pan shuttle will whisk you off to all four venues, that will be fully set up and decorated as if it were an actual reception, just for you! Why visit a venue to see an empty space? Enjoy light snacks while you browse each venue. A representative from each venue will be present during your visit to handle any questions you may have.

At the end of the tour, there will be a question/answer opportunity with Bowties and Butterflies Event Planning and other local wedding professionals.
